In any academic program there has to be a continuous feedback mechanism in order to keep correcting the course of academic progress of the students. Usually, in programs where children of K-12 segment are enrolled, its done through a mechanism called Parent-Teachers-Meet (PTM). This mechanism is very essential to help children and assist parents in maximising the learning outcomes. But due to resource crunch and time availability per child the frequency of PTMs have to be rendered sub-optimal and hence the course correction takes much longer time than required.

To address this, we at Centum Academy have developed a Parent-Child-Teacher axis based connect program called “SAMPARK”. Under this mechanism every Teacher who is associated with the students reach out to the parents to assist them in understanding, assessing and correcting student’s academic progress. This reach out program is conducted at a higher frequency (every 3/4 weeks) in order to effect continuous feedback and improvement. Under the SAMPARK program we try to

a) make parents aware of the current status of academics of the child.

b) assist the parents in improving the academic performance (if required).

c) inform parents about different examinations the child can prepare for at his/her grade level.

d) assist parents with right inputs for deciding the future course of action in terms of subjects and stream selection.

e) collaborate with parents for any other child-specific non-academic interventions.

The medium of SAMPARK includes Instant Messaging Apps ( for a higher frequency connect), a phone call, video conferencing and in-person meeting.

We at Centum Academy believe that timely intervention can make or break the interest of a child in any given subject. Hence, it is utmost essential to be aware of the directions in which the child is heading in her academics and that too at the right time.
