Admission Process for Grade XI Programs AY 24-25

Dear Student / Parent,

Please go through the steps below to register for Courses offered by Centum Academy for the Academic Year 2024-25

  1. Admission Form:
    • Fill in the form using the Form Link
    • Alternatively, the QR Code can be scanned to register.

    Prerequisites for filling the form:

    • The student should have made the choice of the course she/he is going to enroll at Centum Academy. The course names and a brief description have been provided in this document. In case more information is needed students/parents can reach out to us on 9108933332.
    • Details of students and parents with contact email and phone number are to be provided. If the student doesn’t have an email or a phone number, then either of the parents’ email and number should be provided.
    • A recent passport size photograph of the student in .jpg, .png, .jpeg format. The file size should not be more than 1 MB.
    • A Registration Fee of Rs 5,000 (Five Thousand only) has to be paid through either UPI/IMPS/NEFT. The UPI handle/QR Code and the bank account details have been provided in the registration form. The screenshot of the payment advice or the copy of the payment advice has to be uploaded along with the form.

    Once the form is received by the Academy, an acknowledgment and the receipt of the payment made would be sent through WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of receipt of the payment. In case the acknowledgment is not received, please reach out to the below mentioned contact number or email at admissions@centumacademy.com

10. Admission Information:

Please note that admission is on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to the availability of the seats. Parents are advised to register early. In case a child doesn’t secure admission in the school and has registered for Centum Academy program at that school then the fee paid will be refunded.
