Centum Academy is a Bangalore based academic institution established by a group of passionate IIT alumni, who believe in adopting a thoroughly researched methodology of imparting education to the formative minds. The aim is to reinvent how education is being imparted in India in general and in higher secondary level in particular. With the concept of “Learning By Doing”, we are trying to design new curriculum models, which are being implemented in schools of Bangalore.
A subject is never boring – either the teacher is ineffective or the students connection with that subject is weak! After all, there is no subject which is unrelated to our perception of the world. We need to just show this to the children.

Tushar Sinha
B.Tech & M.Tech IIT Kharagpur
Tushar is a Teacher. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur where he completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Masters in Manufacturing Systems from IIT Kharagpur as well. Pursuing his interests in AI and Robotics, he has authored Book Chapters and Research Papers in International Journals. After having a stint with a manufacturing major, he quit his job to pursue his calling. Today, he has picked up teaching and education research as his career and leads a team which is working on simplifying learning for school students.
Dheeraj Singh

Dheeraj is a Teacher. He is an IIT Bombay alumnus. He also worked as Lead Analyst in Honeywell where he led Tech research groups. He enjoys bringing results and success for students which drove him to take Teaching as a career. He is passionate about Physics and likes to bring the subject closer to day to day life so that students start loving the subject in the process of learning. With his unique style of delivery of quality teaching, Dheeraj is bringing a positive impact on hundreds of students. He is leading an initiative of deploying state of the art visualisation technologies for imparting problem-solving skills.

Akhil is a Teacher. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur where he completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Akhil has provided litigation support in several High-Tech Fields during his corporate career in the music capital of the world- Austin, Texas. After a short but illustrious career, he quit his job to pursue his motto of Padhega India to Badhega India. Today, he has picked up teaching as his career and works wholeheartedly towards the achievement of his motto. He is an ardent lover of Mathematics and wants the subject to penetrating the minds of one and all.
